— MAKES ABOUT 1 LITER
1 - Place cashews in a bowl, cover with water and soak for at least 4 hours.
Drain and rinse them well.
2 - Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
3 - Store in a airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
4 - Shake before using.
NOTE / If you are new to homemade nut milk, you might want to give this recipe a try. Unless you want a lighter beverage, there is no need to strain the milk through a nut milk bag.
