1 + 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK
4 ORGANIC ORANGES
6 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
3 TBSP AGAVE SYRUP (OR RAW HONEY)
1 TBSP ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER
2 TBSP RAISINS
1 - Juice two oranges, it should yield around 1/2 cup.
Combine orange juice with agave syrup, almond milk and orange blossom water.
2 - Place chia seeds in a large bowl and poor over the liquid mix.
Whisk vigorously to avoid lumps. Let thicken five minutes and stir again.
Place the chia mixture in the fridge for two hours.
4 - Remove zest from the two remaining oranges. Set aside
Segment the insides of the oranges. Chop segments and place in a bowl. Stir in the raisins.
5. Divide the orange segments in six small glasses.
Layer the chia mixture and top with orange zest.
Store leftovers in the fridge.
